CAI Family and Community Connection (FCC)

CAI Family & Community Connection will be hosting a Read & Rise Workshop from 10:30 - 11:30  on February 14 at the Amesbury Public Library.

Reading together is the first step in ensuring academic success for all students.This free program teaches families the importance of reading together and provides the tools to do so. 

 

The Read and Rise program provides families with hands-on strategies for building literacy at home, reinforces the fact that parents are their child's first and most important teacher, and builds text-rich environments at home by providing take-home books and other parent resources for families who participate in the program. Free for families with children birth-8!

The Community Action, Inc. Family and Community Connection (CAI-FCC) offers the resources and support families need to be the best parents they can be. Programs are for families with children 0-8 years old. Most programs are free unless noted. Registration is required. Contact CAI-FCC
