Yoga helps develop coordination, flexibility and strength. It is physical activity that is noncompetitive and fun. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Class limit: 10.

FCC Weather Cancellation Policy
Family & Community Connection - Weather Cancellation Policy
In the event of bad weather, FCC programs will be canceled if Haverhill Public Schools are canceled. If school opening is delayed, then ONLY the afternoon activities will take place.
