Welcome to the Family & Community Connection (FCC). Our goal is to help parents access resources and support they need to be the best parents they can be. We achieve this by providing programs and services that are child centered and family focused. FCC serves all Haverhill, Bradford, Amesbury, Newburyport and surrounding area families with children ages birth through eight. Parents assist in planning and implementing programs that meet their family's needs.
We believe that all members of the community share in the responsibility of raising healthy, happy children, many of our activities take place within the community supporting local businesses, services and recreational spaces.
There is no fee to participate in FCC. Community Action, Inc. procures funding from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education. We sponsor some activities that have an associated cost, but financial aid is available based on need. Families can walk-in or call 978-374-2198.
