CAI Programs serve the following areas: Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury, and West Newbury.
Some CAI programs also serve: Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Lawrence, Manchester, Rockport, Topsfield and Wenham.

Provide information on Consumer rights and to mediate disputes between consumers and merchants. North Essex Mediators provides face-to-face mediation services for residents of Essex County.
Providing low-income households with paying heating and utility bills and providing heating system repair and replacement services for low-income households.
Support and access to resources for families with children 0-8 years of age in the Haverhill, Newburyport and surrounding areas.
Access for income-eligible families to Family Child Care options and comprehensive services for children ages 8 weeks - 12 years old in the greater Haverhill area and surrounding areas.
Comprehensive services for children ages 0-5 and pregnant mothers and fathers. Center-based and Home-based options are available in the Haverhill and Newburyport areas.
First Time Home Buyer Workshops – Affordable Housing lottery and development programs – CAI Rental Management
IRS sponsored VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program which offers free tax help to low-to moderate-income people (generally, $49,000 and below).
The Massachusetts Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program provides nutrition and health education and other services free of charge to Massachusetts families who qualify.
