CAI is currently seeking a Parent Child Advocate (PCA) for the Early Head Start program. PCA provides comprehensive weekly home visiting services to parents with children newborn to age 3 and provides family advocacy to working parents and students. PCA must have a min. of an AA/AS in ECE, Social Work or Human Services or an Infant/Toddler CDA or be enrolled in a degree program with extensive training documentation. Must have 2 yrs experience working with parents, infants and toddlers, have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills and the ability to work cooperatively. 40 hrs/wk, 52 wks at $15.36 - $16.68/hr.
