Certified Nurse Aide Program
Community Action
Inc.’s Certified Nurse Aide Program is an approved training program and is
Licensed by
 the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and the
Massachusetts Department of Education, (DOE). Since its beginning in 1993,
the CNA program has graduated over three hundred Certified Nurse Aides.
The program offers a supportive training environment, caring staff and
case management services. Assisted job placement and follow-up support
services help ensure the success of all program graduates
About Our Program
The Certified Nurse Aide program consist of:

 200 hours of CNA instruction, clinical skills and clinical practice
-
30 hours Home Health Aide certification
-
Comprehensive Alzheimer’s training
-
Introduction to Sub-Acute care
-
Intensive preparation for the State Certification Test
-
Life and workplace skills
-
Basic math and English review
-
Job search assistance
The
Certified Nurse Aide Program offers three classes per year:

January - March

April - June
-
September - December

Classes are held Monday through Friday from 8:30AM
to 2:30PM.
Tuition is free for those who qualify.
